This page tracks the share of enterprises with 10 or more employees in Italy that do NOT use AI because they lack the relevant expertise, from Eurostat's enterprise ICT usage survey. This is a BARRIER indicator: it counts enterprises that have NOT adopted AI for this reason, so a HIGHER value means LESS AI adoption, not more. Do not describe it as adoption.
