This Privacy Policy describes how Apiar Data Ltd. (“Apiar Data”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with your use of the Apiar Data platform (“Platform”).
We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Apiar Data Ltd. is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Platform.

Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 3 years following account closure. Usage and technical data is retained for up to 2 years.
