This page tracks the share of enterprises with 10 or more employees in Germany that do NOT use AI because the costs seem too high, from Eurostat's enterprise ICT usage survey. This is a BARRIER indicator: it counts enterprises that have NOT adopted AI for this reason, so a HIGHER value means LESS AI adoption, not more. Do not describe it as adoption.
